pedan\u00eda de la Torre, un <strong>conjunto palaciego<\/strong> de estilo g\u00f3tico del cual actualmente \u00fanicamente se conserva el oratorio y una torre de vigilancia. Alrededor de 1435, el padre del futuro papa Alejandro VI, Jofr\u00e9 de Borja, adquiri\u00f3 la propiedad, aunque el palacio ser\u00eda construido en el siglo XIV y reformado posteriormente por la familia. En el a\u00f1o 1506 el \u00faltimo se\u00f1or Borja de la Torre vendi\u00f3 el lugar al concejo de la ciudad de class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Todav\u00eda queda en pie la torre, construcci\u00f3n fortificada de masoner\u00eda y ladrillo con planta cuadrada y un s\u00f3tano donde, seg\u00fan la tradici\u00f3n oral, se podr\u00eda acceder al Castillo de Montesa. La parte superior fue reconstruida a finales del siglo XX, recuperando su altura original y demoliendo las casas que se hab\u00edan ido adosando. En el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.turismelacostera.com\/es\/?page_id=16235\"><em><strong>Museo del Almod\u00ed<\/strong><\/em><\/a> de X\u00e0tiva se puede observar una maqueta del palacio con el aspecto
