Vallada) is an essential excursion that should not be missing in our hiking history. A symbol of la Costera par excellence, the Peny\u00f3 is a visible and outstanding landmark that does not go unnoticed by the traveller who crosses the C\u00e0nyoles river valley. Like other peaks in the region such as <em>El Capurutxo, La Creu<\/em> or <em>Els Picatxos<\/em>, this beautiful limestone spur represents the identity of a municipality, whose alpine and defiant silhouette is the symbol of Vallada. Our route will take us to its summit from the <em>Pla de les Ermites<\/em>, passing by the castle and the salty river of the
