Aielo de Malferit and CanaIs, known in Aielo as the <em>cam\u00ed de Montesa<\/em>. This old communication route is in reality a road that linked the Vall d&#8217;Albaida, La Costera and the Canal de Navarr\u00e9s. For this reason, the stretch between Montesa and Enguera has been known since ancient times as the Enguera-Aielo Cordal. Our route covers the most interesting stretch of this ancient path, the path between <em><strong>El Portalet<\/strong><\/em> and <em><strong>Basseta Roja<\/strong><\/em>.
